Customer Data Process

This was written for a team meeting, because the man from BSI had spotted that we weren't adhering to our documented customer data process. You know how it is...

The tune is my own, more or less. At least, it's a straight fifties rock 'n' roll sort of tune.

Hey Mister Customer, I want your data
But you gotta send it to the Coordinator

Send to the Coordinator;
Don't send it me cos an engineer's not free

Lookin' at my call, it's two days later,
Time to pay a visit to the Coordinator
Oh yeah, (yeah!)
Go see the Coordinator;
Register the fact that you've labeled up the DAT
I want that data,
I want that data!

Well I think it's a pain, it make me wanna cry,
We gotta toe the line for BSI
Oh yeah, (yeah!)
Gotta stick to BSI;
Seek an' you will find a process in the binder
Tellin' you the way ter handle cust'mer data
Get the process right an' you will be OK
Or Garry's gonna have to raise a PIA....
